Olivia Hastie, her sister Abbie & Lilly Watkins were in talking to us on lunchtime on Friday (13/12/19) to tell us all about their new song that the have released for Christmas.
The song, written by Olivia, is called ‘They Don’t Have Christmas’ and was released at the Greenwood Academy Christmas Fayre.
The idea and the song itself was inspired by homelessness. All proceeds from funds raised will go the local food-banks here in North Ayrshire.
Olivia, Abbie & Lilly were in the studios of Irvine Beat FM talking live on air with Barry Reilly on Lunchtime, telling us that the funds raised so far had already exceeded their target of £500. When speaking to us the total was sitting at £695.
