Here is a behind-the-scenes look at our studios.
Studio 1
This is where we broadcast the majority of our shows from. The studio is equipped with D&R Broadcast Mixing Console. The station is driven by Myriad software, which is industry-standard playout system for professional broadcasting.
Studio 2
Our second studio has an almost identical layout to Studio 1. This studio is used for post-production, training & occasionally used as the live-on-air studio.
Studio 3
Studio 3 is used for post-production purposes such as recording voice-overs, scheduling, editing audio and preparing content for transmission.
Our Old Studios
These are our old studios which were used for our first 10 years up until 2024.
Lockdown Makeshift Studios!
During the pandemic, it was time to improvise.
Here is a gallery of some of our presenters broadcasting from home in order to sustain our commitment to the local community during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Kitchen tables, office desks and spare bedrooms were used as temporary studios to link in to the on-air system. (Apart from Andy & Jack, who as you can see in the pictures – went completely overboard and converted an entire room into a studio)!
